Costs and registration

Registration is possible by using the registration form at the bottom of this page. 

Confirmations will be sent for registrations directly from the website.

The registration fee includes tuition for the conference, writing material, coffee, tea, lunches, drinks and the abstract book. Dinner on Monday evening is not included in the registration fee.

Registration costs

On site registration: €500,- per person for all.

Dinner ticket for Monday October 22, 2012: €65,- per person.

Payment

There are three options for the payment:

Automatic Bank Payment

This option is only possible for Dutch Residents by authorizing the Wenckebach Instituut for collecting the registration fee.

Payment by Credit card

The Registration Form generates a Fax Form which you can print, complete and send to our address. Fax number: +31 (0)50 3611819 .

Payment by Bank

Remit the total amount to the SNS-bank account number: 90.85.61.180

Name account holder: Wenckebach Instituut in Groningen

Quoting the Invoice Number: '0868 - name of the participant’.

Please make a note 'Sending Invoice' on your Registration Form by 'Special requirements'.

Cancellation
Cancellation of your registration is possible before October 1, 2012: full refund minus € 50,- handling fee. Cancellation after October 1, 2012: no refund. No-shows will not be refunded.

Notification of cancellation should be made in writing (post or e-mail) to the Meeting organizers:
